Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If the clothing does not fit or you do not like it, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have 14 days to withdraw from the product without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Send an email to info@femme.lv with information about your order and your desire to return the product.
• Return the product within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal.

 

Return Policy

• The item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and unstained.
• The item must have original tags and packaging intact, if any.
• Used, washed, or damaged clothing is not acceptable for return.

Exceptions

Returns are not possible for the following items:

• Underwear, socks and other hygiene products (if the packaging has been opened).
• Personalized or custom-made clothing.

 

Refund

• The money will be returned within 14 days from the moment we receive the item.
• The money will be refunded to the same payment account from which the purchase was made.

 

Return costs

• If the product does not fit or you do not like it – the buyer covers the return costs.
• If the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly – we cover the costs.
